More than 90 people have responded to the latest call to courage by applying for the Strategic Thinking Institute. But there have been more than 13,000 views of those videos. That shows we have a hunger to learn and grow. The deadline to apply is now one week later to make sure YOU have a chance to be heard.

STI is a program that brings together a group of people from across the company for an intense learning experience culminating in the team being completely dedicated to an eight-week capstone project over the summer.
