Our customers are counting on us to “Make Good” on our promises whenever the need arises. Key to that promise is protecting our customers’ personal information and assets. This responsibility is balanced with providing customer experience which “delights”, while also staying nimble to evolve our layers of technological, process and people defenses as the fraudsters change their tactics. This is the Anti-Fraud team’s service to National Life as a whole.
In April we announced the creation of this team, swiftly bringing on our first two Fraud Strategy Consultants – Riddhi Patel and Dylan Simms – followed by the addition of two Fraud Operations Analysts – Karen Skoda and Derek Curtis. This team has done a great job keeping the momentum going while we searched for the right leader to take our anti-fraud efforts to the next level.
It is my pleasure to welcome Tim Kramme to National Life as our new Anti-Fraud Leader, reporting to me. He will be located in Dallas, joining on December 2nd.
With a solid background in operations, Tim comes to us with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having previously worked at Goldman Sachs and State Farm. Tim has extensive experience in leading fraud prevention and detection programs, regulatory compliance, and development and execution of fraud strategies. This includes developing and implementing the anti-fraud defenses and operational team for the new Apple Card. He has also led operational teams in Insurance, including a team of 60 people in credit card operations spanning 3 geographic locations. Those teams handled all back office account servicing, underwriting and transaction dispute handling.
On a personal level Tim is married with 3 children.
