The 2020 Strategic Thinking Institute (STI) application process is open through January 10!

STI is a program that brings together a group of people from across the company for an intense learning experience culminating in the team being completely dedicated to an eight-week capstone project over the summer. It is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and help the company develop leaders.

We have no choice. Learning and evolving is a key competitive advantage in this chaotic market environment.
