It is our pleasure to announce that Stephanie Burmester has been promoted to Vice President, Life & Annuity Solutions.
Stephanie has been a critical member of our product development team for the past 15 years. As such she has been either a part of, or leading, the teams to design, develop and price almost all of our actively marketed life insurance products. She has also managed our contract draft and filing team, leading discussions with State regulators, as well as managing product implementation teams for both life and annuity products. Most recently Stephanie lead the efforts to develop, price and launch one of our most critical product-projects, introducing a new series of Indexed Universal Life products. Stephanie came to us from PriceWaterhouseCoopers where she was a consultant for Pension plans.
Under Stephanie’s leadership Life and Annuity solutions has successfully worked with all parts of our organization to find the most suitable solutions for our Distribution while achieving our profitability at targeted levels. She exhibits all the qualities that are so critical to a learning organization and is a true servant leader.
