Did you know that Darcy Roberts is married to her high school sweetheart? And that she has two kids? And five grandkids? And 18 nieces and nephews? And 27 great nieces and nephews? And four great great nieces and nephews?
If you visit the first floor corridor on the Vermont campus, you’ll find that family is very important to Darcy. (And how long she’s been married, by the way!)
You’ll also get a sense of how she considers the entire Document Management Services team part of her family.
She decided to introduce her team to anyone who has time to stroll the hallway outside the team’s offices.
The glass wall is filled with collages of photos of team members and their families along with a summary of themselves.
What you’ll find if you do visit is that family is important to a lot of folks on the team. Greg Murray’s family, for example, includes two kids but also a Pleco (that’s a catfish, by the way), two Armano shrimp and three freshwater crayfish.
Family is clearly important to Chris Masi, too. But apparently Dunkin Donuts might also be kind of important to him.
You’ll also learn about team members’ DiSC profiles. Darcy, by the way, is an “I D and absolutely no S or C.” And Greg is a “High C Conscientious Objective Thinker.”
Want to find other DiSC profiles? Or their favorite place or their pets or lots of other interesting stuff? Slow down along the first floor on your way to or from the gym and meet the team!
