National Life’s Board of directors got an up close view of the role of the company’s independent field leaders this week.
Roughly 30 field leaders joined the Board’s November meeting, held on the Dallas campus, to describe their roles as the critical link between NL and producers.
Mehran described the field leaders as our brand representatives, recruiters and trainers.
The event was set up in a speed dating format. The field leaders broke into four groups and the Directors moved from table to table to learn about different aspects of the jobs.
This was the third year that Directors have devoted part of their November meeting to producers. In the past two years the board met with independent and career agents.
