Spring flowers have been on the mind of the grounds crew on the Vermont campus, even though the onslaught of winter is surely bearing down on us.

General Counsel Chris Zimmerman does a little bit of multi-tasking while planting tulip bulbs.

But with 5,000 tulip bulbs to plant and lots of preparation for the winter weather to come, what to do?

Well, call on volunteers, of course. And the Law Department and the Compliance team led the charge along with a few others.

Thankfully, they were able to do the plantings before the nasty weather hit.

And now we’ll be able to look forward to their labors blossoming in the spring.
