Head Coach Mehran Assadi led National Life’s team of all-stars to Las Vegas this week for the annual meeting of Premier Financial Alliance, one of our top field partners.

Mehran keyed off of PFA’s conference theme of Continuum in his talk, discussing National Life’s own success since launching our culture continuum.

Mehran’s message was that a great deal of our success over the past decade can be traced back to the cause-driven culture that we have developed.

And he told the 2,300 PFA agents from around the country that the same kind of culture can inform their work as they work with consumers.

The agents are the financial coaches to their customers, guiding them toward a more secure future rather than simply selling them policies.

Mehran and Senior Vice President Louis Puglisi also took the opportunity during their appearances on the main stage to cheer on PFA’s head coach, David Carroll.

They presented David with a framed version of National Life’s 1937 Saturday Evening Post ad that promoted the living benefits offered through our products, a feature that we continue to offer to the customers on our team.

PFA agents were thrilled to hear Mehran’s message. Many of them actually brought their own National Life insurance policies and asked Mehran to sign the policy jackets.

The others on Team NL in Las Vegas this week, in addition to Mehran and Louis, were Jen Warfield, Song Li, Youn-Mi Jaquez and Morgan Gold.
