We recently had a group volunteer in Texas for Community Partners of Dallas, an organization that helps abused children start the journey toward healing.
With the school year ending, Community Partners is already gearing up for the next one. A group of NLG team members consisting of Kristin Watkins, Minh Pham, Maria Meraz, Marilyn Cobbin, Tammy Stovall, and Stephanie Dawson assisted with unpacking and organizing school supplies. Community Partners provides support for the immediate and urgent needs of over 20,000 abused and neglected children each year through Child Protective Services.
