Fearless Fridays is a weekly initiative supported by #WIN offering a safe space for anyone who wants to join together and dive deeply into learning and exploration, and it continues today, March 22nd, with a session on the important topic of cultivating empathy in the workplace!

How do we do it? What does empathetic feedback sound like? What is an appropriate response when a colleague confides in you? How do you respond to a manager that is not empathetic?

Discuss the answers to these questions and more during Fearless Fridays.

(Facilitated by Lucas Barrett)

Friday, March 22nd

Vermont: 10 – 11 am ET (Thrush), Texas: 9 – 10 am CT (Big Tex)

Details will be updated for each session as they come available on the calendar on National Life Today.

All are welcome.

Feeling extra fearless and interested in facilitating an upcoming session?

  • Email Meaghan McGrath with your idea, giving her the following information:
    – the date(s) you’d like to facilitate
    – the topic/title of your session(s)
    – a 1-3 sentence blurb describing your session(s)
    – any required materials people should bring (book purchase, journal, etc.)
  • Meaghan will then reserve time on the calendar for you, will reserve a room (Most sessions will take place in Thrush.), set up a dial in number, and will take the steps to get the details updated on the NL Today calendar.
  • Please Note: If you’d like any special room set up, please put in an e-maint request or ask Meaghan to assist you once your room has been confirmed.
