Don’t hesitate, just activate

As of today, 75% of AMEX cardholders have activated their cards. If you have not activated your AMEX card, please do so as soon as possible and then destroy your Bank of America (BOA) VISA card. The BOA VISA will no longer be available for use after January 25, 2019, as such please settle all charges with Bank of America as soon as possible.

If you have a credit balance on your Bank of America account it will be submitted to the National Life Group AP team, and will then be reimbursed to you by the AP team. If you have any questions regarding a credit on your Bank of America account, please contact Bev Bocash at BBocash@nationallife.com

Replacement cards:

If you have not yet received your AMEX card, please email the Treasury team at PTreasuryEmployeeNotifications@nationallife.com and provide your most current home address so we can order a new card for you.

Membership Rewards and Card Upgrades:

If you are interested in upgrading your card and/or enrolling in the membership rewards program you can find out more information about the benefits by calling 800-297-3276.

  • The membership rewards program is $90
  • Gold Card Fee: $125 (annually), fee will be prorated based on November 1st start date
  • Platinum Card Fee: $395 (annually), Platinum Card Members are enrolled into the Membership Rewards Program at no additional charge (outside of the annual card fee of $395). The fee will be prorated based on November 1st start date
