Barre & Soul fitness classes are coming to the Vermont campus, beginning Monday, February 4th! (New start date!)

What is Barre & Soul?

This class combines ballet conditioning, interval cardio, Pilates, yoga, and meditation to strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles, center your mind, and lift your spirits! Inspired by the teachings of Lotte Berk, the true founder of barre workouts, this class produces visible results, impressive total-body toning, and flexibility, while maintaining the utmost safety and accessibility for all students.

Barre & Soul is taught by Allison Steinmetz, a group fitness instructor for over 11 years. Having taught classes ranging from high intensity bootcamp to mindful flow yoga and everything in between, Allison is a 200 hr certified Vinyasa yoga teacher, certified Spinning indoor cycling instructor, and is undergoing a rigorous Barre & Soul training program right now. She creates an uplifting environment in her classes in which everybody, and every body, is welcome. Come work out with her in a non-judgmental, form-focused, and fun class, guaranteed to leave you sweating and smiling.

All are welcome with open arms. Bring your aspiration, your courage, your tattoos and your scars, your curves and your curiosities, your wonder and your wonderful. Because with Barre & Soul, it’s not about being perfect. It’s about everything else.
