When several thousand employees, consultants and vendors are using just over one hundred conference rooms and meetings are back to back, it’s inevitable that some documents get left in these shared spaces.
Some files and presentations are benign status updates while others may contain sensitive financial information or even PII. After the first of the year, the AV team will be cleaning all conference room profiles (Desktop, My Documents, downloads, etc.) nightly. This will both promote an uncluttered and efficient work space for National Life to collaborate in as well as decrease the risk of information being viewed by those that shouldn’t.
