Do you need to chill?  Whether you want to take a deep breath, do some stretches, or just take a break from your computer, visit our new Zen Rooms on both the Texas and Vermont campuses, as well as other activities, courtesy of your Culture Team.

Texas: Frontier on the 8th Floor

ZEN Room

There will be herbal teas, relaxing music, yoga mats, coloring books, Google glasses and bean bag chairs.

Our TX yogi Stephani Myers will lead yoga stretches twice a week. Sign up in advance will be required. Brittany has sent out an email around dates and signup sheets.

Stretch It Out

Shelby Lobaugh will lead a series of stretches using resistance bands once a week.

Vermont:  Quabbin on the 3rd Floor
