Minh Pham was awarded a Kudos Award for being a true servant leader.
Minh is consistently the calm in the storm during times of stress and chaos. Without being asked, she takes control, organizes and delegates, and pulls people together. She is a true example of what it looks like to be a team player and Servant Leader. Additionally, she participates on the Culture Team, in ELI, and is a frequent volunteer for internal and external activities. But, she doesn’t stop there! She actively seeks to share her experiences and learning to encourage the participation and engagement of others. All of these traits were revealed in a recent client interaction in BIG-ESDO, in which Minh stepped up to be a Vietnamese translator in order to provide our client with an exceptional customer service experience.
Nominated by Dena Jackson and Maria McLendon, Minh is noted for not only completing her own assigned activities, but also for consistently looking for ways to reach out cross-functionally in order to do more than what is required. She is an avid learner and is fearless and passionate about living and sharing her learning.
A team member said, “She volunteers for just about everything and does so with a cheerful spirit… She truly lives our Servant Leadership tenets.”
Congratulations, Minh!
