We are excited to announce that National Life Group is currently transitioning to the American Express corporate card program (AMEX) from our current Bank of America VISA program and will be issuing AMEX credit cards on December 3, 2018.
If you elected to participate in the AMEX program you should have received a new Corporate Card Agreement to review and sign in your email via DocuSign. Please review and sign the agreement at your earliest convenience. An American Express Corporate Card will be mailed to your home address on or around December 3, 2018.
If you did not receive a corporate card agreement via DocuSign, please email Jessica Lasher.

Optional AMEX Membership Rewards and Card Upgrades:
All Cardholders will receive the American Express Green Corporate Card. Upon activation of your Green card, you have the option to enroll in the American Express Membership Rewards program for annual fee of $90 by calling 800-297-3276 to enroll.
Once you are enrolled in the program you can check your rewards balance online.
You also have the option to upgrade to a Gold or Platinum card, subject to the fees identified below.
