We surpassed our goal of donating at least 700 hours of our company-paid volunteer time to nonprofits in the region.
At last count, we were approaching 800 hours for the period from the middle of September through the end of October.
If you haven’t recorded your hours, there’s still time. Please find the Volunteer Time Tracker at the bottom of the front page on National Life Today. (Also, if you clock in and out via UltiPro, your hours need to be recorded there, too.)
The advantage of tracking our volunteer hours is to measure ourselves against our internal Do Good goals.
And we also publish the results in our Corporate Sustainability Report. The 2018 report will be coming soon.
We were able to volunteer at a wide variety of nonprofits in both the Addison and Montpelier areas, ranging from the North Texas Food Bank to Vermont Works for Women.
