Eleven employees from the Customer Innovation Group from both campuses participated in a graduation this week of the Career Prep Program, or CP2.
The program has been designed specifically to assist employees with between one and three years in CIG to become “candidates of choice” for positions in National Life.
Participants were paired with a mentor who helped them navigate culture, helped support them in their LOMA studies, and guided them to choose job shadowing opportunities to develop their skills.
The CP2 program runs for seven months.
