We are pleased to announce several promotions within the Claims Team:
Sonya Salazar is being promoted to Life & Annuity Claims Examiner II and Jennifer Aldrich, Kathy Bennett and Coco Browne-Holton are being promoted to Life & Annuity Claims Examiner III.
Sonya joined National Life Group 4 years ago as a Death Claims Examiner located in our Addison office. She has prior claims experience from Transamerica and Central Security Life. She has earned her ACS designation from LOMA and is close to achieving her ALMI.
Jennifer joined National Life Group 10 years ago and has been a Living Benefits Claims Examiner for 7 years located in our Vermont office. Jennifer earned her ACS and ALMI designations from LOMA and ALHC designation from the International Claims Association (ICA).
Kathy has 35 years of claims experience joining National Life Group 12 years ago and is located in our Addison office. She processes both Life and Annuity Death claims. Kathy earned her ACS designation from LOMA and is working towards her ALMI designation.
Coco joined National Life Group 10 years ago and has been a Life and Annuity Claims Examiner for 7 years located in our Vermont office. Coco has taken both LOMA and ICA courses as he continues on his professional development.
