The ESI team joined together to volunteer on Sunday, Sept. 16th at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Great Strides Walk in Burlington, VT in support of the mission to cure cystic fibrosis and raise awareness for this rare, genetic, life-shortening disease that makes it difficult to breathe and shortens lives.
The ESI team spent a very hot day filling balloons, walking to raise money for cystic fibrosis, and getting National Life Group’s name out in our community. Their participation enabled National Life to become an event sponsor and donate $500.00 toward the fundraising initiative. In total, the Walk raised close to $125,000!
Most importantly, the group was also able to visit with their colleague Whitney and her family and meet her amazing, adorable daughter Ellie who was born with cystic fibrosis.
