Meet the New Practitioner in the National Life Health and Wellness Center

Kathleen O’Connor Frame, MSN, APRN, ANP-C, WHNP-BC is an adult and women’s health nurse practitioner glad to be a part of National Life Group’s drive for employee wellness.

She received her degree at Yale University School of Nursing then began her career and thoroughly enjoyed her role with the University of Utah School of Medicine. Desire to be closer to family brought her back to New England and she is quite glad to settle into Vermont. Her professional interests include preventive medicine and women’s health across the lifespan. She is dedicated to motivating and assisting patients with pursuits towards healthy lifestyles, and working with patients individually to help carry out treatment plans effectively. In her leisure time, Kathleen enjoys any activity that brings her and her family outdoors such as hiking, skiing, and paddle boarding, but also loves to tuck in to a quiet space with a good book.

Kathleen started in the Health and Wellness Center at the end of August. We are excited to have her join us and to be a resource to the National Life employees. Be on the lookout for lunch and learns with Kathleen regarding your health, nutrition, and more.
