Join colleagues on Mondays for a feel-good start to your week! Starting Monday, July 30 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, the National Life Health and Wellness Center will be hosting a 6-week series of “Walk and Talk” sessions with our Employee Assistance Counselor Sarah White and Health and Fitness Trainer Anita Hoy.

There will be a different topic each week related to stress management and setting wellness goals that will be discussed during the walk. All fitness levels welcome! A free gift will be given to those who attend through week four.
