Last Friday was Puppy Adoption Day on the Vermont Campus.

The Central Vermont Humane Society brought two litters of puppies between the ages of 8 and 12 weeks old and boy, were they a big hit! Swarms of employees from both National Life and the State of Vermont stopped by to check them out.

The event turned out to be a huge success, with 7 of the 12 puppies finding their forever homes at the event. We recieved an update from the shelter this Monday letting us know that one more puppy was adopted by a National Life employee over the weekend, bringing the total to eight.

Congratulations to all of the adopters on their new fur-babies!

Employees who want to see a gallery of photos from the day can find them on National Life Today.
