Craig Strachan of the Facilities team was presented a Kudos award this week for his positive attitude and teamwork.
“He has consistently been the utmost professional and has a positive attitude,” his Kudos nomination said. “He also is honest in letting us know if he and the team can or cannot do something, which we appreciate.”
The grounds crew on the Vermont campus is part of Craig’s team and that’s part of what he wsa recognized for.
“One of the biggest ways Craig has recently inspired creativity is with the patios and new plantings outside,” the nomination said. “The patios are a wonderful way to get people outside and meeting or taking lunch. To say he’s made things better is an understatement.”
He was also praised for coordinating the creation and installation last year of the granite sign at the main entrance to the Vermont campus.
