We know we have an amazing group of employees, which we all know. And now people in both the Montpelier and Dallas areas know it, too.
We’ve had teams of employees fanned out from both campuses this week participating in our annual spring volunteer week, living and demonstrating the cause that is at the heart of National Life.
They’ve labored on everything from stuffing envelopes to planting trees to painting walls at many of our nonprofit partners.
Everyone who has volunteered, regardless of whether you’re an exempt or non-exempt employee, is encouraged to go to UltiPro and record your hours.
If you’re hourly, it’s important to make sure you get paid. But even if you’re not, keeping track of our volunteer hours is an important measure of our corporate social responsibility. It shows that we live our values, both individually and as a company.
And most importantly, thank you for giving life to our cause to Do Good in the world.
