The honor came from CEO Forum magazine, which picked eight companies that it said were the best of the best judged by four factors:
- Incredible and aligned culture;
- Exceptional customer experience;
- Strong financials;
- And have a higher purpose.
Among the other companies in the Magnificent 8 are Panera Bread, Sodexo, the Ritz-Carlton and Royal Carribean Cruises.
