National Life celebrated its 170th birthday a little early last weekend, complete with a giant cake!
Volunteers from both National Life and the Vermont Foodbank participated in Magic Hat’s Mardi Gras parade last Saturday.
The group escorted their handmade float, an impressive “Do Good” birthday cake, through downtown Burlington while handing out beads and balloons to spectators.
The event helps raise awareness and money for the Vermont Foodbank, while celebrating with the local community.
Thank you to all of the volunteers who brought the float to life, and who showed up to support a great cause!
