Beth Rusnock led the discussion while panelists Carolyn Jenkins and Nimesh Mehta shared their experiences. They both provided advice to others who might want to consider new opportunities in other departments or even within their existing role. Carolyn shared, “You might find new opportunities to grow in the job you’re already doing.”
