Employees on the Vermont campus celebrated a Peppermint Holiday this week for the annual holiday luncheon.

The team at the New England Culinary Institute, which runs the cafeteria operation in Vermont, created a feast featuring ham, turkey and all of the traditional holiday fare.

Hot chocolate bars were set up on either side of the cafeteria and down the center was a huge spread of pies, cookies, brownies and macaroons.

All of the tables were decorated with peppermint candies and wrapped presents were displayed as centerpieces on the food tables.

CEO Mehran Assadi took time to salute NECI for the delicious meal and to wish everyone happy holidays.
