Spread the Good: Contact Service Rep Javier Morales

We have another example in our Spread the Good campaign of a teammate whose Do Good attitude has won recognition.

Javier Morales, who works in the Contact Center on the Texas campus, gave superior service to one of our field partners, who reached out to his supervisors to say thanks:

‘I just want to congratulate you for having such an AMAZING employee. Javier Morales EXCEEDED my expectations and I am so so so grateful for all of his help today. On a 30 minute call, he answered questions I have had for almost a year now that I didn’t know who to ask and he did it with so much knowledge, professionalism, and kindness! I am truly amazed by his customer service and grateful to have him just a phone call away whenever I need help.

Every thing rises and falls on Leadership so I highly commend you for successfully helping to mold such an awesome human being at National Life Group. Thank you both so much, again. I hope you two have a wonderful rest of your day! :)’
