With the astounding growth in our business comes more demands on employees back in the home office.
So, the People Center, relying on job fairs, social media and other methods, is working to fill jobs to help meet the need.
Many of the jobs are related to operations, but the initiative is designed to hire new employees at all levels.
Already, a job fair held last month at a hotel adjacent to our Addison office is paying dividends.
Close to a dozen people have been hired as a direct result of the job fair.
Other outreach efforts are also under way, including traditional newspaper advertising and recruiting on college campuses.
The People Center reports that it is looking to fill roughly 50 positions throughout the company.
