Our Do Good team in the 2017 Corporate Challenge is showing the National Life colors in winning fashion.
Our team in the basketball competition has won all of its games so far and will be playing this weekend for the right to appear in Sunday’s finals.
Let’s all root them on.
We’ve got about 60 employees competing in more than 20 events in the annual event in nearby Richardson, Texas.
The Corporate Challenge was organized a number of years ago to bring together businesses and their employees in the region.
It is designed to promote corporate and employee benefits in recreational activities, boost relations among employees and their companies, as well as to have fun and get fit.
There are 25 events that corporate teams compete in over 10 weeks. So we will have competitors on the field – or the court or the floor, you get the idea – until October when there will be closing ceremonies.
So here’s wishing the basketball team the best of luck this weekend. And a thank you to everyone who is competing for helping to boost National Life and its Do Good culture.
