b. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of Sentinel Investments. 2. Workflow Coordinator – Contracting – Vermont:

b. The Workflow Coordinator is accountable for meeting the daily metrics of the Contracting area. This position is responsible to assign and track production, triage work items to ensure we meet the daily metrics, adjust the workforce throughout the day as necessary, monitoring and oversight of the central mail box and related sub-folders and the internal Contracting Helpline. This position reports to Director, Contracting.

The workforce coordinator for our Inbound Call Center is the primary contact at National Life Group for meeting the daily metrics of the call center as well as working with leadership on handling overall call volume. They will manage the daily skill routing for the call center, communicate with back-up representatives, and assist with call volumes as needed.

4. Customer Service Representative / Part time – Texas:

The Contact Center Service Representative is the primary contact at National Life Insurance Company for Life and Annuity policy owners, on all after-issue inquires and services requests; their main focus is to ensure that all contact with National Life is a positive experience.  In addition, they are also the primary contact for agents and field office associates for any after-issue service questions, problems or for general assistance
