Stress Relief: Train your Brain
Stress is the modern day equivalent of a charging grizzly bear. When it hits, your body and brain fire up a primitive response system designed to keep you alive. Problem is, this response stops being helpful when it stays “on” all the time. Learn how you can train your brain to rewire your stress response. And try out techniques that can help you get there.
Register at NLGroup University (instructions below).
1. From the NLG employee home page, select the NLGroup University link on the upper right hand side of the page under the What’s Happening heading
2. Hover over the Learning Menu at the top of your page
3. Select Events Calendar
4. Go to 10/12 or 10/18 to register for the session that best fits your schedule
5. Select the link entitled Stress Relief: Train Your Brain
6. Select the Request button
