The YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program is coming to National Life in Vermont!

This is an education and support program that runs for 25 sessions throughout an entire year, meeting right here at National Life in Vermont during the lunch hour.

YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program offers education and support to help participants adopt healthier eating and exercise habits that can lead to weight loss and reduce your risk of getting diabetes.
