Our Employee Engagement OnBase tool will have a new look and feel starting August 21st.
Please note the release date has changed from the original date of August 7th.
Have no fear; the new tool is still easy to access and easier to use.
What’s changing? You asked and we listened…the new features will include:
- Dash board of latest entries on the employee home page
- Conversation threads between employee and manager within same entry
- Time and date stamp for all entries
- Employee or manager identification on entries
- Title/name new entries and attachments for good record keeping
- Attachments for all types of documents; e.g. Word, Excel, PDF, JPG
- WYSIWYG features – colored fonts, bullets, bold, underline, italicize, highlights, etc.
There are three ways to learn about the new Employee Engagement OnBase upgrade.
- Attend training classes on VT and TX campuses – just come or sign-up in Cornerstone. These sections will feature Skype for virtual employees.
