Back in February and March, many of us participated in the Dear World events held in Texas and Montpelier. The experience empowered us to share our stories with our colleagues and in some cases, reveal personal triumphs or tragedies that helped further bring us closer together.
Because the experience was so powerful, we’ve had many of the photos framed and hung throughout all of the floors on both campuses. It’s an opportunity to get to know those you work with better and a reminder that each and every one of us has a story to share.
