I’m pleased to announce the promotion of Ellen Lehmert to AVP, Advanced Markets. This promotion recognizes Ellen’s success at building a skilled team that is passionate about helping our Distribution teammates and agents succeed.
Over the past three years, Ellen’s guidance has helped us both exit and enter new markets. Most recently, the Advanced Markets team has developed new sales opportunities with the Retained Earnings, Main Street Buy/Sell, and Emerging Affluent Premium Financing programs. She currently is working with Bill Whitsell and Matt Ryan to turn our Multi-Life program into a meaningful new line of business.
She has been a passionate promoter of the CPA Advantage program and helped many of our seasoned agents reach new heights. She has taken responsibility for the Advanced Markets section of our website and made it an educational tool for our agents as well as important content for our search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
Ellen is also a confident presenter and often invited to speak at our Career and Independent meetings. She keeps herself (and our company) continuously up to date on new legislation and changes to the tax code that could hurt, or help, our company.
Ellen is a member of my leadership team and an important contributor to the direction of the Marketing and Business Development group.
