There are many ways you can DO GOOD this summer. Check out these volunteer opportunities for the next few months.
Barre Senior Center
The Barre Area Senior Center needs 3-5 volunteers to set up, serve, and clean up at their annual BBQ Tuesday, June 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
They will serve pulled pork sandwiches, salads, beans, desserts. This will be buffet style.
Please come for a free lunch and listen to music by Piano Jim of Stretch ‘N the Limits.

Central Vermont Habitat for Humanity
CVHFH is in the final weeks of our Habitat for Humanity Passive House build.
The exterior siding is going up and the last finishing interior work is being completed. Your help is needed in these last final weeks and would be greatly appreciated!
Have some fun in the sun and please consider helping on one of the days below:
Volunteer help is needed this Saturday 6/17 and next week Mon through Sat 6/19- 6/24! The work day runs from 9am-4pm. Any time you are available is appreciated!
No experience is needed; you will be working under the instruction of CVHFH site supervisors. Bring work gloves, water and food and wear sun hat and closed-toe shoes. Wearing layers and bringing plenty of water is highly encouraged.

The Epilepsy Foundation of Vermont
The 7th Annual Golf Tournament for Epilepsy is scheduled for Monday, June 26, 2017 at the Vermont National Country Club in South Burlington.
Registration is at 11:30am and the event begins at 1pm.
Volunteers are needed from 8am to 4pm to help with the setup, registration, putting Contest, and other tasks.

Come join Montpelier Alive for Montpelier’s annual July 3rd Festival!
We need your help to make this another great festival.
We are looking for TEAMS of volunteers this year so grab a group of friends or co-workers and sign up as a TEAM to help make this festival another great one for our community to enjoy!
We have many volunteer opportunities starting the evening before and all day long the day of the festival into the next morning.
These opportunities range from information booth helpers, vendor assistants, sound set up, clean up and so much more!
Montpelier’s July 3rd Festival would not be possible without our great volunteers. Thank you for your time and giving back to your community so you and many others can enjoy all the great things Montpelier has to offer.

Volunteers Needed for the Do Good Fest on July 15th
Come and be a part of the fun! There are many different types of activities available including information booth, first aid, helping with parking, ADA guides, gate greeters, venue guides, clean-up, etc.
Volunteers are needed starting as early as 1 pm until 11 pm (shifts typically run two hours long – i.e. 3 – 5, 5 – 7…).

Mountaineers game in Montpelier – June 26th – Volunteers needed by 5:15 for game at 6:30
Lake Monsters game in Burlington – July 2nd- Volunteers needed by 3:45 for game starting at 5:05
Montpelier parade – July 3rd – Volunteers needed as early as 3pm and up until 8 pm
Mountaineers game in Montpelier – July 11th – Volunteers needed by 5:15 for game at 6:30
