Our Do Good culture is getting broader attention among others in the business community.
National Life Group was a sponsor of the 27th annual conference of Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility this week.
And Beth Rusnock co-presented at a workshop called “Do Well By Doing Good.” Beth was joined by executives at VSECU, the Vermont State Employees Credit Union, which shares many of National Life’s values.
Beth explained how National Life has diligently worked on shifting our culture, which has consistently reflected outstanding business results. There was also audience participation in which people shared what their corporate “why” is and how they use it to drive their own results.
National Life has been a member of VBSR for years due to our commitment to our employees, the environment and our communities.
