Here are the facility updates for both campuses;
Dallas Campus Activities
Life Safety
We will be issuing access control photo id’s to all Addison employees in the future. We completed a successful fire drill in late March.
Vermont Campus Activities
Parking Management System Upgrades
We have over 2,000 vehicles registered in the new parking management system. Please encourage your teams to register and place the stickers on their vehicles. We will use the system to step up parking enforcement, notification to drivers of issues with vehicles, and an automated ticketing process.
Electrical Upgrade Project
The electrical infrastructure project includes replacing the aging electrical components in the main building by the end of this year. We will continue having planned power outages in the business areas into June. We will notify occupants in advance of this work. Once this work is completed the removal of old equipment will begin.
Main Building Lobby
The main building lobby renovation project is well underway as you can see by the tarp. This will create a fresh and open space. This project will be completed in May. Thanks for your patience during our construction process.
Parking Garage Cleaning and Improvements
We will be doing our annual cleaning in the parking garage in May. We will also be sealing the 4th and 5th levels as well as performing repairs to the concrete in late May and early June.
Main Building 2nd floor Restrooms
The main building 2nd floor restrooms near the cafeteria and lobby will be renovated this summer/fall.
Loveworks (childcare facility) at 24 Mountainview
As spring arrives we will continue with our upgrades to this property, which will include window replacement, a new deck and stairs from the infant room, repairs to the fence around the upper playground, new stairs to the lower playground and a new chain link fence for the lower playground.
Exterior Grounds
We will begin our spring cleanup this week. We will be doing some exterior aesthetics work on the patio area outside the cafeteria this summer/fall. We will be refurbishing the exterior stairwells off the cafeteria this spring as well.
