a. This position touches all aspects of the corporate tax function, focusing on overseeing tax compliance and accounting for the organization. It has organizational visibility through close collaboration with the VP of Tax, Corporate Tax Counsel, finance and corporate departments, and interaction with business units and senior finance leadership. This position will also participate in supporting the firm’s growing number of strategic transactions including tax and capital planning, shaping the future of the finance organization and developing its talent.
