Pam Blalock, Senior Vice President, Career Distribution, recently represented National Life Group at the LIMRA Distribution Conference for Financial Services as a panel member discussing our unique culture.
The topic was Creating and Sustaining a Culture of Achievement.
During the discussion, Pam shared how National Life has a mission-driven culture that has helped us successfully grow.
“It was a great discussion that highlighted how we do good every day, including through the field,” shared Pam. “What was interesting though was that some think of culture as a project. What they didn’t realize is that it’s a journey that takes focused effort and an all-in mentality.”
In early April, Mehran will also be addressing our culture as the keynote speaker for The Conference Board’s Strategic HR Conference in New York.
