It is with great pleasure that I announce the promotion of Amy Douglas to Senior Team Manager.
Amy began her career with the National Life Group in November 1985 joining the Records Center team and began working with the Premium Billing & Disbursement Team in 1988.
In 2010 she moved into the role of Team Leader of the Premium Billing team, and in 2013 was promoted to Team Manager. In 2016 Amy transitioned into a new role leading the Life Replacement & Annuity Transfer team.
Amy truly values being a member of our National Life Group team and embraces our servant leadership tenants. This promotion recognizes Amy’s many contributions to the Inbound Payment Service Center team as well the entire National Life Group organization.
