Did you make a resolution for 2022? Maybe you chose one of the most popular like getting more exercise or spending more time with family and friends? Maybe you want to do more in your community or support a great cause? Maybe you decided to not make a resolution at all. Either way, is this the year you stick to yours?

To help you focus on what you really want to achieve try making your goals SMART. To be SMART, a goal must include time frames and milestones to help keep you on track. It must also be realistic and specific. For example, if you wish to lose weight, then assign a number to that goal and a realistic timeframe in which you want to accomplish it. “I want to lose 20 pounds by March 1” would be an example of making it SMART. SMART goals can be a powerful tool to help you personally and professionally.
