The Senior Client Partner role reports to the Senior Vice President, New Business Acquisition/Client Partners.
This office-based role (Montpelier, VT or Dallas, Texas) is responsible for driving a tiered service strategy to enable a competitive advantage for National Life Group.
The Senior Client Partner leads the design and implementation of operational strategies, plans and procedures to drive sales, enhance the customer experience and retain business.
Working in tandem with distribution leaders, the SCP oversees operations for our distribution channels, and will lead a cross functional team acting as liaison between National Life Group operational units and distribution.
The incumbent must be a strategic leader with strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and manage business situations that lead to positive outcomes.
Working with both internal and external issues to guide future direction and realize opportunities for clients and the organization as a whole.
